Badminton Gallery – Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

RETURNS

Damage or defective item claims must be reported to Badminton Gallery within 24 hours of confirmed delivery, as shown by carrier tracking. Claims submitted after this timeframe will be denied and considered accepted by the customer.

To be eligible for review, customers must:

  • Contact us at info@badmintongallery.us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Retain and submit the original shipping box and all packing materials

Claims submitted without original packaging or sufficient evidence will be rejected, as the condition of the shipment cannot be verified.

Badminton Gallery reserves the right to inspect, approve, or deny any damage or defect claim at its sole discretion. Items reported after delivery or showing signs of use, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for damage or defect claims.

SHOES

There is a 10% stocking fee for the return of any shoes. Must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.  

Badminton Gallery Refund Policy

General Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or stringed rackets

  • Custom stringing services

  • Out-of-stock items that were canceled

  • Products damaged after delivery

Refund Process

  1. Contact info@badmintongallery.us to request a refund and provide proof of purchase.

  2. Return the product in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Restocking & Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer or shipping error.

  • Badminton Gallery reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items at its discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Refer to our Damage / Defective Item Claims policy for instructions.

  • Only items verified as damaged or defective by Badminton Gallery (or the manufacturer, if applicable) are eligible for a full refund.

WARRANTY

Badminton Gallery offers manufacturer warranties on Yonex, Victor, and Hundred USA-version products only.

All eligible products include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship only.

Non-USA or special-version products are not eligible for manufacturer warranty.
If you are unsure whether a product is a standard US version, please contact us at info@badmintongallery.us before purchasing.

Manufacturer warranties do not cover accidental, impact, or misuse damage, and approval of any claim is not guaranteed. All warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.

If approved, the manufacturer will replace the product with the same or a comparable model (racquet frame only).


Warranty Claim Routing by Brand

  • Yonex & Hundred warranty claims must be shipped to Badminton Gallery (instructions provided after claim submission).

  • Victor warranty claims must be shipped directly to Victor North America.


Warranty Fees (If Approved)

If a warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer:

  • $20 warranty handling fee is required

  • $15 return shipping fee applies if the replacement is shipped to you

Shipping is waived if:

  • Your order includes the warranty replacement plus other products or services totaling $100 or more, OR

  • You pick up your warranty replacement in person

⚠️ The $20 handling fee applies to all approved warranty claims, regardless of pickup or shipping method.


Important Warranty Reminders

Custom Stringing

Custom stringing services are not covered under warranty.
Once the product is delivered, the condition and performance of strings are the responsibility of the owner. Badminton Gallery reserves the right to refuse string replacement after delivery.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Impact Damage: Cracks, fractures, dents, scratches, or flat spots caused by impact or misuse are not considered manufacturer defects and are not covered.

  • String Breakage: Strings are a wearable component and require regular replacement. String breakage is common and not covered under warranty.


Warranty Decision Authority

All warranty claims are reviewed and decided solely by the manufacturer.
Badminton Gallery does not influence or guarantee the outcome of any warranty claim.


Yonex Warranty Instructions

  1. Email info@badmintongallery.us to request a warranty claim.

  2. Do NOT cut or remove the strings from the racquet.

  3. Ship the product using a trackable courier and include all required documentation inside the package.

  4. We will confirm receipt and submit the product to the manufacturer.

  5. Manufacturer review typically takes 4–12 weeks, depending on processing time.

If approved, applicable handling, shipping, and optional restringing fees will apply.


Victor Warranty Instructions

  • Proof of purchase (digital or physical receipt) is required.

  • Complete the Victor North America Warranty Intake Form.

  • Ship the defective product directly to Victor North America following their warranty instructions.

Victor warranty coverage:

  • Rackets: 1-year manufacturer warranty (defects only)

  • Shoes: 30-day defective product warranty
    Accidental or external damage is not covered.


Hundred Warranty Instructions

  1. Contact info@badmintongallery.us to initiate a warranty request.

  2. Do NOT cut or remove the strings.

  3. Ship the product with tracking and required documentation.

  4. We will submit the claim to the manufacturer.

Hundred warranty processing typically takes 3–4 weeks, depending on manufacturer review.
